COVID Specific Guidance
As we ease back into camping please remember not everybody will feel the same about the situation. We want to keep all of our campers safe and to ensure that you have a great time, with that in mind please take a look over these points. We can’t wait to be back on site with the smell of bbq’s and the chatter of families drifting across the field.
We can follow this guidance and still have a great time DA camping
* During this time we ask that all members book their spaces prior to arriving, we want to ensure you have as much space as possible so numbers on site may be limited
*You will still be met by a friendly steward, please help them to stay safe by maintaining social distance and only one person getting out to meet them.
Fees – £11 pun unless otherwise stated
*Please put the correct money into a clear bag (food bags would be perfect)
*Please include name, membership number, phone number and vehicle reg on the bag or on a piece of paper in the bag
*You will be asked to put your payment into a clear container on site by our steward. Please try to have it ready before arrival.
*During this current time we ask that you enjoy the weekend with those in your group, without visitors.
*Please enjoy barbecues and relaxing outside of your unit with those in your group.
*Please enjoy walks in the lovely surroundings.
*Children are encouraged to play in open spaces where their families can see them.
*Please bring your own face masks, gloves and sanitiser if you wish to use them. Our stewards will work to keep the taps and elsan clean throughout the weekend but if you could give it a wipe down before and after use that will help us all.
Please follow government guidelines when on site. This is currently up to 6 people or those from 2 families, whilst maintaining social distance.
We’re Giving You More Space
We ask that a fire break / social distance space of 30ft rather than the usual 20ft remains between all units (there should be nothing in this gap). This is your space to enjoy as your group, playing games, having bbqs or just relaxing!
Keeping Children Safe
We wish to encourage children to play safely on site therefore
*Please keep all movement of vehicles below 5mph
*children please play a safe distance from caravans/tents etc so as not to cause damage
*We also ask that parents can see their children at all times
*Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times
*Fire buckets are advised
*Please be kind to your neighbours – No excessive noise at any time and all quiet between 11pm and 7am.
